Kindly be advised that all transactions for digital vcards are final. Given that these are personalized digital items generated specifically for each customer, we are unable to process refunds.
Our policy for digital vcards is that all sales are final. We do not allow cancellations once an order has been processed for these unique digital goods.
Therefore, due to the nature of this being a digital product, we are unable to offer refunds.
While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that technical issues can occur.
In such instances, you may qualify for a refund upon providing the necessary information to demonstrate that your Vcard is not working correctly. And that a day from the purchase has not past. In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
