If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
1. Company referred to as either the Company We, Us or Our in this Agreement) refers to Tarjeta Digital Shop
2. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
3. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
4. Service refers to the Website.
5. Website refers to Tarjeta Digital Shop
6. You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Kindly be advised that all transactions for digital vcards are final. Given that these are personalized digital items generated specifically for each customer, we are unable to process refunds.
Our policy for digital vcards is that all sales are final. We do not allow cancellations once an order has been processed for these unique digital goods.
Therefore, due to the nature of this being a digital product, we are unable to offer refunds.
While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that technical issues can occur.
In such instances, you may qualify for a refund upon providing the necessary information to demonstrate that your Vcard is not working correctly. And that a day from the purchase has not past. That being the case write to us ASAP to: tarjetadigital.shopcard@gmail.com And we will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day we receive the needed Info.
In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1. The Goods were purchased the same day
We can't return money if one of the following:
1. Its been past the same day of purchase .
2. False Information about the Vcard being damaged.
3. The Vcard was hard for me to understand
4. Want money back because i didn't like it
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
